We are looking for a professional who combines technical depth in Data &AI with a strong leadership capacity and business vision.

Is someone who:

Has the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
Moves comfortably between technical detail and conversation with stakeholders.
Leads by example, raising the level of the team and promoting good practices.
Is hands-on when needed, but also knows how to delegate and guide.
Adapts to dynamic environments, with an agile mentality andimpact orientation.

🧩 Requirements

+7 years of experience in software development, Data Engineering or related roles.
Experience leading technical teams and complex end-to-end projects.
Solid command of Python and SQL, along with experience in data architectures, distributed processing (Spark), orchestration (Airflow) and AWS ecosystem, including implementation of Data Lakes, DataWarehouses and Lakehouses.
Experience in applied AI: generative models (LLMs) and RAG techniques.
Management of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or others).
Experience working with agile methodologies
