Enerlink is a services and technology development company for the electrical sector.It already has more than 85 clients and we are currently consolidating at the intersection between technology and electricity.

Enerlink develops technology -based solutions focused on solving problems in the electricity sector, with particular consumer emphasis.

Our team combines experience in software and hardware development, IoT, data analysis, marketElectric and electromobility, which allows us to create specialized solutions for electrical consumers.

• Extensive knowledge in the development of Front and Back End: deep knowledge and experience in the development of web applications, ideally using React and Django.Able to design robust and scalable architectures, as well as leading the development of complex applications.business.Experience in the application of software design patterns and in the selection of appropriate technologies for each problem.LI>
• Experience in Technical Leadership: Experience in leading technical teams and project management.Able to promote a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning, and to lead team members in achieving business objectives.Kanban, and in agile project management.It must be able to participate and contribute in planning meetings, retrospective and reviews, and to promote a culture of iteration and continuous improvement.
• Communication skills: capable of effectively communicating with all team members, thusas with other departments, clients and interested parties.It must be able to explain the technical concepts clearly and concisely, and to promote an open and transparent communication culture.
• Ability to lead professional development: mentor and a model to follow for team members.You must have a willingness to answer technical questions and provide guidance and advice on the development of skills and the professional growth of the equipment.

  Job functions

  Lead the technical development of the Enerlink Development Team.Some of its main functions would be:

• Technical leadership: be the technical reference in the team and lead the design and implementation of technical solutions.Decision making about technology, architecture and best programming practices.Ensure that the equipment is using the appropriate tools and techniques and is working efficiently and effectively to achieve the company's objectives.
• Team management: responsible for managing the equipment and making sure that all membersare working effectively.Active role in the motivation and professional development of the team.Work in close collaboration with other teams, especially the product team.Provide mentoring and training to help team members improve their skills and knowledge.
