Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps and SRE Tech Lead, passionate about technology, to work either internally, collaborating transversally on various exciting projects, or directly with our clients, being at the heart of their digital challenges.

You will be responsible for :
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines
- Ensure the skills development of teams
- Implement secure, scalable, reliable and efficient architectures in the fields of Data and/or Digital
- Carry out comparative studies of solutions in order to select the most innovative and adapted to the context of the project
- Carry out PoVs (Proof of Value) and PoC (Proof of Concept)
- Ensure the proper application of JEMS norms, standards and good practices across the entire scope of technical achievements
- Improve, enrich, train and implement control of JEMS norms, standards and good practices
- Ensure capitalization within JEMS: rely on and enrich the libraries of patterns and project starters
- Participate to the JEMS technological communities and/or to be a partner referent

PROFILE WANTED:

As a DevOps, SysOps and/or SRE Techlead you have expertise in Infrastructure (on-premise and/or cloud) and in Data, Digital and/or Machine Learning.
This expertise will be confirmed by the mastery of a technological base according to the field concerned and the specialty :
- Infrastructure: Mastery of system concepts, Linux, Network, IaaS, PasS, SaaS. Scripting languages ​​(Bash, Python). Mastery of containerization (Docker).
- Data: Storage (S3, Azure Storage, ADLS, GCS, MinIO...), (No)SQL and Warehousing (Redshift, Synapse, BigQuery, Trino, DataStax, MongoDB, Hive, Impala...), Platform as a Service (Cloudera, Snowflake, Databricks), Integration and Compute (Talend, Dbt, Snaplogic, Spark, Glue...), Streaming and IoT (Kafka/Confluent, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, HiveMQ, NomoSense, Event/IoT Hub, ThingBoard...)
-  Digital: Languages and Frameworks (Java, Spring, Node, NestJS, PHP, Symfony, Laravel, Python, Django, Go, Rust...), API Management (Apigee, Kong...)
-  Machine Learning: Dataiku, Azure ML, SageMaker, VertexIA, Databricks ML, Azure Cognitive Services, ML Framework (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, ...)
- SysOps: Landing Zone Design (GCP, AWS, Azure), Authentication and authorization management (Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, ...), Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, CDM, Ansible, Kubernetes, Hadoop...
- DevSecOps: Version manager (Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket...), CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Gitlab-CI, Github Actions...), Artifact manager (Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor...), Encryption, Secrets management, Security scans (CVE, SAST, DAST...)
- SRE: Familiar with the concepts of SLA, SLO, SLI, you promote a culture of observability. You know how to set up and maintain observability solutions to guarantee availability, reliability and performance. Mastery of monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, Cloudwatch, Azure Monitor...
You have a team spirit, are proactive and demonstrate a strong ability to adapt.
You also demonstrate excellent communication, you are able to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for stakeholders.
Finally, you have the ability to integrate a system operating according to the Agile methodology.
