Reporting to the Management Control Manager, you will be at the heart of the management of performance and structuring of financial data. You will be the link between operational teams and finance: analyze, make reliable and automate information to help teams decide quickly and well, on commercial performance as well as on operating expenses.

Beyond traditional management control, you will contribute directly to our data projects: construction of a unified CA/Margin database and automation of recurring reporting. A real playground for a profile who likes to combine finance and tools.

Missions

1. Analysis of commercial performance and forecast

• Ensure weekly analysis of installations, sell-out and distributor stocks.
• Update this data in our Anaplan planning tool and alert on the main variations.
• Participate in monthly forecast reviews with the sales teams to analyze consistency and deviations from the budget.

2. Monitoring operational performance and OPEX

• Help the finance team deploy monitoring of operating expenses (OPEX) by department.
• Analyze and present OPEX monitoring to budgetary managers, with a real alert role on deviations.

3. Automation and reliability of reporting

• Contribute to the construction and reliability of our CA/Margin database (SAP and e-commerce multi-source reconciliation).
• Automate recurring reporting (Net Margin, OPEX, Flash Finance) via queries and dedicated tools.
• Participate in analyzes linked to new flows: Shopify migration, B2B partnerships and new projects integration.

4. Management of ad-hoc tools and analyzes

• Ensure the collection, updating and reliability of data in our management tools.
• Carry out ad hoc analyzes for other services: installation forecasts for customer service, estimation of volumes of new products, etc.

Requirements

• Student in business school, engineering school or finance / data course, gap or end of studies, with a first approach to management control and a real interest in data.
• Excellent mastery of Excel: advanced formulas, TCD, modeling.
• Strong appetite for data and automation. Notions of SQL and/or Python are a real plus and can be developed during the internship.
• Knowledge of Anaplan and/or SAP is an asset.
• Organized and rigorous, you manage several subjects in parallel.
• Autonomous and curious, you take initiatives and learn quickly.
• Excellent communicator, you enjoy teamwork and know how to interact with people varied interlocutors.
• You speak English fluently.
