Description: Sr PYTHON DEVELOPERWe are looking for a Python Developer to join our team. We are looking for an individual who will work in a sprint-based agile development team, participate in the full cycle including release/sprint planning, feature design, story definition, daily stand-ups, development, testing, code review, and release packaging. You will also work on the automated build, test and package environment.Responsibilities:Work collaboratively in a fast-growing start-up building products and services for positive social impactFrom the ground-up, architect available, secure, reliable back-end systems for the web, mobile, tablets.Write, test, and release world-class, production-ready codeQualifications: 8-11 years’ experience building web-scale, highly available backends for web and/or mobile.Degree in Computer Science or related fieldStrong expertise with Python and Django web development framework. Experience writingDjango extensions a plus.Expertise in data model design and data manipulation in MySQL, Postgres, or OracleStrong problem-solving skillsExperience working in a heavily data driven environmentComfort and skill deploying and maintaining services in the Linux (Ubuntu) environmentsKnowledge of document, key/value, or other non-relational database system such as Redis, HBase, Bigtable, Dynamo a plus.Experience with Elasticsearch and Celery a plusDatabase design, table optimization.Experience in using Version Control System GIT.Experienced in developing API services, Customization of Admin dashboard in Python.knowledge of Dockers will be useful.Perks:Opportunity to work with a top-notch engineering team that is passionate about what they are buildingA constant challenge of complex problems to work on
