We are looking for a senior technical person to drive the evolution of Artificial Intelligence in our CoE! If you master the Python ecosystem, have practical experience putting LLM and RAG solutions into production and enjoy acting as a technical reference for other teams, this opportunity is for you. Lead the complete life cycle of the CoE's AI solutions, working from prototype to deployment and production support Design and build advanced RAG pipelines on the organization's internal document base Integrate LLM APIs with Brasilcap's legacy stack within the environment approved by the BB Seguros group Act as senior technical reference for business areas, performing code reviews, defining standards for the CoE and providing technical mentoring Implement governance rail guardrails, including mandatory human review, audit trail, and isolation of sensitive and personal data Design and maintain evals routines to capture quality regressions before they reach the end user Monitor production solutions with a focus on optimizing costs, latency and quality of responses Document architectures, technical decisions and operational risks to feed CoE governance and inventory Advanced command of Python for backend development focused on AI engineering and building internal services with FastAPI or equivalent frameworks Solid experience in orchestrating LLMs, agent architecture, RAG, function calling and integration with model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic or approved solutions Experience in designing and maintaining evals for continuous evaluation of response quality, accompanied by practical analysis of latency and costs of language models Strong experience in good software engineering practices with versioning in Git, automated tests, CI/CD mats, containerization with Docker and implementation of authentication and authorization via JWT and OAuth2 Practical knowledge of the AWS ecosystem with services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, AWS Batch and API Gateway for deploying and monitoring services in containers Practice in applying cloud security controls, ensuring data isolation, encryption and secure access management Experience in using vector databases such as pgvector for RAG pipelines, in addition to advanced SQL and applied data modeling to enable autonomous solutions Functional level in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript and React to create internal support screens such as dashboards, forms and chat interfaces. Our contract is CLT - 40 hours per week with flexible working hours, being carried out in a hybrid way.
