About the position:

We are looking for someone to work at the intersection between business processes, technology, automation and Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the digital evolution of administrative areas.

This professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing the use of Senior ERP and developing technological solutions that simplify routines, reduce manual activities and increase team productivity.

We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, business vision and technical knowledge, who has the initiative to transform operational needs into practical solutions and can engage different areas in the adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Map and analyze processes in administrative areas, such as HR, Legal and Finance, identifying opportunities for optimization, digitalization and automation.
• Identify and implement improvements in the use of Senior ERP, exploring features, configurations, reports and integration possibilities.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using programming languages, APIs and other technological tools.
• Apply generative Artificial Intelligence and prompt engineering techniques to optimize activities, simplify processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for integration between systems and tools, reducing manual activities and rework.
• Work in partnership with project management and business areas to identify needs, prioritize initiatives and monitor their implementation.
• Support teams in adopting new tools, promoting the dissemination of good practices and adaptation to new processes.
• Monitor the results of implemented initiatives, considering indicators such as productivity, time saved, reduction of errors and adherence to solutions.
• Propose continuous improvements, contributing to the evolution of the organization's digital maturity.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in person in the Bom Retiro region - SP.
• Experience with analysis, mapping and improvement of business processes, preferably in administrative areas, such as HR, Legal or Finance.
• Programming knowledge, with experience in languages such as Python, SQL or integration technologies via APIs.
• Experience with ERP systems, including use, improvements, configurations, reports or integrations.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP Senior Systems will be considered an important differentiator.
• Practical experience with generative Artificial Intelligence and application of prompt engineering techniques in professional contexts.
• Analytical ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives and propose efficient solutions.
• Good communication and ability to interact with different areas, translating business needs into technological solutions.
• Proactive profile, with autonomy, technological curiosity and focus on problem solving.
• Ability to drive change and support the adoption of new technologies in traditional organizational environments.

Differences:

• Experience in digital transformation and corporate process automation projects.
• Experience in family businesses or organizations with traditional processes undergoing digital evolution.
• Experience with process automation tools and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Knowledge in integrations between corporate systems and Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Experience in measuring results and operational efficiency indicators.
