of the organization). We are looking for someone with: several years of in-depth experience in the development and end-to-end responsibility of complex software systems over longer project durations. Experience from several projects that go beyond pure feature development, e.g. B. with multiple stakeholders, technical complexity or a noticeable influence on the customer's business processes. the
ability to make technical decisions in a team and to evaluate their
effects in the overall system. a confident handling of
various areas of software development (frontend and backend)
as well as the willingness to take on responsibility across system boundaries. Experience in working with various
stakeholders (e.g. product owners, departments, customers) and in
requirements engineering. the ability to structure complex problems and transform them into viable solutions. a very good degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field - alternatively a comparable qualification with demonstrably relevant practical experience. Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) for coordinating complex technical content with customers. good knowledge of English. a valid authorization to work in Germany; We are currently unable to offer visa or
relocation sponsorship for this position. a regular place of work in Germany and the
willingness to regularly attend onsite appointments in Hamburg.
That would be a plus: you enjoy working in a team on solutions and see
shared responsibility as a prerequisite for good results.
Experience in larger overall initiatives (e.g. migrations,
system replacements or complex platform projects) in which
technical decisions have an impact over a longer period of time. You are familiar with agile working methods and deal with changes pragmatically. initial or in-depth experience with cloud or
DevOps topics. you actively participate in the further development of processes and collaboration. You enjoy sharing your knowledge
with the team and supporting them at any time. Technologies
