Ordinary people make themselves extraordinary at Launch Potato. BASE SALARY: $100,000 - $120,000 per year EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role. You’ve launched tests, owned strategy, QA and implementation, and collaborated with strategic leads to bring ideas to life. Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests that optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns. You’ll bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration, and you’ll balance expectations of internal and external KPIs. Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
