You have learned at KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain or a comparable consultancy how to convince at board level, structure complex transformations and deliver under pressure.

And you noticed: the decks are getting bigger, the hierarchies are getting longer, your impact on the actual decision is getting smaller. Up-or-out, 60-hour weeks on someone else's brand, three approval loops before you're even allowed to speak to the client.

At SC Ventures we turn this around: you take on your own mandates at established companies with increasing complexity and speak directly to the management or board. No pyramid in between. No three partners who have to coordinate beforehand.

You bring to us what you learned from a Big4/MBB consultancy in terms of structure, methodology and executive communication - and at the same time you get involved in what you are building: As soon as your existing customers renew, you will receive a contractually regulated share of sales. No bonus pool, no politics – your result, your participation.

We are not a corporation. We are a rapidly growing team that already supports over 100 providers in the education sector every year - mandates that range from established education providers with several locations to growing medium-sized companies and corporate mandates. You help shape how this area is structured, not just how it is executed.

Tasks

What to expect:

• You will independently be responsible for consulting mandates for companies of growing size and complexity - from addressing management/board level to implementation management
• You develop business and operating models for sales and CRM transformation and are responsible for their implementation - not just the slide.
• You lead strategy workshops and steering committees at C-level
• You will help build the methodological basis for the enterprise area together with the management: offer structure, delivery standards, quality assurance
• You are a sparring partner for the management in the strategic development of SC Ventures in the enterprise segment

Qualification

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience (from senior consultant / consultant level) at a top strategy consultancy (MBB, Big4 Consulting or similar) or comparable in-house strategy function
• Proven experience in working directly with boards of directors/management of companies of relevant size
• Ability to structure and take responsibility for complex transformation projects independently - without tight approval processes
• Executive Presence: You convince at eye level without having to hide behind a big brand
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You want responsibility and involvement, not just a salary
• Industry knowledge of the education sector/AZAV is an advantage, but not a must - the consulting logic counts more than the sector history
