Description: For a long-term project with our customer in Zurich (remote portion only possible within Switzerland) we are looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) - GenAI.

Your tasks

• Azure cloud resources, in particular API Management, Foundry, OpenAI, AI Search and Document Intelligence, as well Configure and manage Kubernetes-based applications such as Langfuse as infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Helm-Charts and GitLab

• Automate build, test and release processes for GenAI applications and LLMOps to enable reliable releases in development, test and production environments

• Develop technical concepts for new requirements for the GenAI platform and help shape its ongoing development and optimization; coordinate platform components, efforts, operations as well as organizational and regulatory requirements

• Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms, for example with Grafana and Azure dashboards, to ensure stability and efficiency of the platform

• Support client applications with conceptual questions, onboarding and integrations as well as operational problems

• Monitor system performance, availability and logs in order to identify and resolve problems at an early stage

• Code-based solutions for New and further development of authorization checks, logging and monitoring, routing logic as well as Guardrail validations with Java, Python, XML and C# (APIM Policies)



Must-requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on GenAI, ideally in the banking environment

• In-depth knowledge of DevOps toolchains, in particular Git, GitLab, Docker and Terraform

• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, especially Azure API Management, AKS, Azure Functions, OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure Foundry and Storage Accounts

• Knowledge of DevOps monitoring, logging and alerting, especially with Prometheus, Grafana and Azure Monitor, to ensure high availability

• Open personality with a quick approach Comprehension

• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills



Can-do requirements

• Project experience with GenAI technologies, ideally including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI and the optimization of GenAI solutions

• Ability to develop concepts and architectural solutions and to be familiar with IT security and domain architecture

• Sound understanding of authentication and authorization procedures with Azure Entra ID, RBAC and OAuth

• Knowledge of software development with Python and/or Java
