For our client company, a banking group rooted in the Emilia Romagna region, we are looking for a Risk Management Office Employee. The resource, inserted within the Risk Management Office, will have the task of supporting the management, analysis and monitoring of corporate risks, with particular attention to regulatory compliance and the provisions of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Additionally, she will be involved in assessing cyber and operational risks, implementing strategic solutions to strengthen the organization's digital resilience. What will you do? Monitor and implement regulatory provisions of the DORA and other relevant regulations in the IT and operational risk management sector Conduct risk analyses, prepare periodic reports and propose mitigation plans Collaborate with IT and Compliance departments to ensure alignment with regulatory and security standards Conduct risk assessments relating to external vendors and third-party services Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure digital operational resilience Analyze data to identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions to improve corporate cybersecurity Conduct simulations and testing cyber incident response Support the team in continuously improving the enterprise risk management framework What are we looking for? Degree in Economics, Law, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar disciplines. Residence in Ravenna or Province and Neighboring Provinces At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, in structured contexts or in the banking, insurance or consultancy sector, or a course of study aimed at the areas covered by the position sought Knowledge of the DORA regulation and the main European and national regulations on digital resilience and IT security Experience in operational and IT risk management Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g. ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT, ITIL) Skills in risk analysis and the use of risk management tools Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, information systems and digital technologies Familiarity with risk management tools and analysis software (e.g. RSA Archer, ServiceNow) Good knowledge of advanced Excel and BI tools Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and precision Good communication and teamwork skills Propensity to keep up to date continuous in the regulatory and technological fields Good knowledge of the English language Hours: FT, 37h per week from Mon to Fri Offer: Permanent contract, CCNL Credit, classification level between 3Area1Level and 3Area4Level Salary and benefits: RAL from €35K - €55K per year defined on the basis of the contractual classification; company bonus, defined in relation to the classification, from €3,000 to €5,000; supplementary pension and health coverage.
