Description: At an IT service provider in Vianen, you work as an RPA Engineer to automate business processes for customers. You analyze repetitive actions, investigate where software robotization adds value and translate customer questions into appropriate IT solutions. Your work revolves around process automation for financial services, government and logistics, among others. You use tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate and Kofax RPA, supplemented with scripts in Python or PowerShell. The emphasis is on reliable automations that match the daily practice of users. You work at the customer and coordinate process steps, exceptions and desired results with involved employees and technical colleagues. Within the team, the lines of communication are short and you help each other with substantive issues. You will receive guidance in your work and professional development. You can delve into the combination of AI and RPA, or in platforms such as OpenRPA and Node-RED.
What will you do?
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for RPA
- Translate customer needs into technical designs for process automation
- Develop software bots with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate or Kofax
- Extend automations with scripts in Python, PowerShell or JavaScript
- Process variants and test exceptions and monitor the reliability of automations
- Coordinate technical choices and results with customers and colleagues
What do we ask of you?
- A completed higher vocational or university education
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, Kofax or Robot Framework
- Experience with JavaScript, Python and PowerShell
- Analytical ability to understand complex processes fathom
- Interest in AI and its application within RPA
- Good communication skills and command of Dutch at C1 level
