Description: You further develop LIQID's HubSpot setup: You build workflows, automations and integrations that support sales and relationship management in day-to-day business and turn the data in the system into reporting You can leave the team and leadership behind. You keep the ongoing operation of the platform stable: authorizations, licenses, data quality, documentation. However, the focus of your work is on building, not on managing. HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub have been newly implemented this year. So you don't encounter a finished system that needs to be managed, but rather a platform that is being built. There is correspondingly great scope for design and responsibility for clean fundamentals. You report to Lead Revenue Operations and work closely with Sales and Relationship Management. Build workflows, sequences, pipelines and lead routing in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub: from the distribution of incoming leads via meeting links to automatic tasks in sales and relationship management. Translate requirements from sales and relationship management into concrete HubSpot logic and replace recurring manual work with automation. Collaborate with our data team regarding data exchange and preparation between the relevant core systems. Connect HubSpot with the rest of the TechStack, i.e. Aircall, Google Workspace, Notion and Slack, via native connectors, APIs, webhooks or automation tools. Develop the tools stack in a meaningful way. Continuously develop the content of our sales process and optimize the technical implementation and success measurement. Build reports and dashboards that make the pipeline, activities and results understandable for sales, relationship management and leadership. Manage users, teams and permissions during ongoing operations and keep the configuration documented instead of keeping it in your head. Train colleagues on how to use HubSpot and be the first point of contact to answer questions about the system. At least 3 years of practical work with HubSpot or a comparable CRM such as Salesforce. Confident handling of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub, especially as an admin and with workflows, properties, pipelines and reporting. Experience in building integrations via APIs, webhooks or automation tools such as Zapier or Make. Understanding of CRM data models and the ability to ensure data quality through standards and automation rather than through follow-up. Experience with process design of successful sales processes as well their implementation in CRM systems. Experience in recording technical requirements, translating them into system logic and documenting decisions in such a way that others can continue working on them. Ability to explain technical connections in an understandable way and to train colleagues without a system background.
