Your role

As a Quantitative Investment Analyst (d/m/f), you are part of our investment team and work on the continuous development and management of our investment strategies across public and private markets. The position is available from November 2026.

What do you do specifically?

• Data:You are responsible for all strategy-related data and its maintenance in our systems. This particularly includes building a robust technical infrastructure to aggregate, monitor and display data from various sources, including Bloomberg, Morningstar and our data warehouse.

• Further development of the code base: You will develop and improve our code base. This includes, among other things, Python-based tools for portfolio simulations, backtesting and fund selection.

• Asset allocation models: You support the quantitative research work behind our asset allocation models by independently backtesting model extensions, evaluating new signals and preparing analyzes for our investment decisions.

• Capital market analyses: You independently carry out quantitative capital market analyzes and thus support our analysts and our client advisors.

This is what you bring with you

• Background: You have a master's degree in economics, finance, computer science, physics or a related field and a strong affinity for data. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the areas of capital markets, statistical modeling or data analysis.

• Skills and qualifications: You have very good analytical skills, work extremely carefully and detail-oriented and have a strong hands-on mentality. You are confident in using Python and SQL and have experience with Google Cloud Services. Ideally, you have also already worked with investment-related data providers such as Bloomberg or Morningstar. In addition, you have a solid understanding of the capital markets.

• Mindset: Your strong eye for detail goes hand in hand with a careful and conscientious way of working. Ineffective and inefficient processes bother you, and you proactively approach improvements. You feel comfortable in a demanding but informal start-up environment and impress with strong communication skills.
