At KARCAL, we are embarking on a significant transformation of our auction platform. This project is dedicated to implementing and maintaining a new system that will enhance our operational processes and capabilities. As we aim to innovate and improve our platform, we are excited to welcome the first internal member into our technology department who will play a pivotal role in this journey.
- Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with Vue.js is essential.
- Backend Development: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development is required.
- API Integration: Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating them with backend services.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows is necessary.
- Software Development Best Practices: A solid understanding of unit testing, CI/CD processes, and general coding best practices.
- Communication Skills: Proficient English skills for engaging in technical discussions.
- Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications utilizing Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask alongside Vue.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to enhance the user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Work in an Agile development environment, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality software.
