  • Provide Level 2 (L2) support for custom applications built in Python Django and hosted on AWS.
  • Monitor and maintain database performance and availability.
  • Regularly check the functionality of Django Admin and monitor tasks in Celery.
  • Manage the help desk, dealing with incoming technical queries and issues.
  • Monitor all application deploymentsand services, ensuring their stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and enhancementspractices for future reference.

Job functions

Brazoderecho is looking for a Python Support Developer Specialist in Chile.Development of custom applications using Python Django and AWS.If you are an experienced developer with a strong understanding of these technologies and a passion for providing exceptional support, we encourage you to apply.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a requirement for this position.

As a Python Support Developer Specialist, you will be responsible for production support of custom applications developed in Python Django and hosted on AWS.Your role will involve actively monitoring databases, verifying Django Admin functionality, monitoring tasks in Celery, managing the help desk, and ensuring smooth deployment of applications and services.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Skills and Requirements

  • Extensive experience developing with Python Django.
  • Good knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure.
  • Competence in version control systems such as GIT.
  • Previous experience in production support roles.
  • Skills for problem solving andability to analyze complex technical problems.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency).
  • Experience with React (optional).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years ofprofessional experience developing Python Django and AWS
