You’ll get the chance to work with some of the most established operators in the iGaming industry, in a role where you will have the opportunity to build modules using the latest set of technologies to constantly improve and add new functionality to Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud Platform.You are the right person for the role if you like the challenge of supporting a fast-growing company that is innovating in the world of communications & CRM.The RoleDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.Build and integrate messaging systems, asynchronous workflows, and background services using technologies such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools.Write clean, reusable, and well-tested Python code while following established development standards and best practices.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the company’s technical architecture and product development.Stay up to date with relevant Python technologies, tools, frameworks, and development practices, contributing to continuous improvement within the team.Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks while working closely with other developers and stakeholders.What You BringAt least 3 years of hands-on software development experience, primarily focused on backend developmentStrong understanding of software development principles and backend/API development, including REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and background jobsProficiency in Python and experience with at least one modern backend framework, familiarity with messaging systems, distributed caching systems and relational databasesUnderstanding of containerization technologies such as Docker is considered a strong advantageExperience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or integrating machine learning models and AI-powered services into applications is considered a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAccountability, honesty, and motivationExcellent team playerWhy Join EnteractiveWe believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted, and empowered.
