We are a startup with 6 years of operation.We work with banks and financial institutions such as Santander, Scotiabank, Coopeuch and others, in Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Chile.We currently have more than 700 thousand people using our tools and saving more than USD $ 1 billion.In 2019 we won the Avonni Award, for being the most innovative digital service in Chile and 2020 we were chosen among the 5 Business & Amp solutions; commerce more innovative in the world for WSA.

Job functions

important: work is 100% remote on a day -to -day basis but it is necessary that the person resided in CDMX since in exceptional opportunities we must provide face -to -face support to our clients to critical incidents and they are found in that city in that city.Safety, load and performance tests on the developments made.
- Give support and maintenance to existing implementations, attending and solving the incidents that occur.
- Periodically execute tasks monitoring and prevention on own implementations and customers.Alerting who corresponds the problems identified and propose alternatives to solve them.
- Execute Dev OPS tasks on the Xerpa components, either in the Xerpa cloud or in the client infrastructure.
- Follow development standardsInsurance and good practices during design, planning, execution, testing and implementation tasks..

What will you do in your day to day?The project team.
- Attend and participate in planning and monitoring meetings with customers.
- Learn new technologies and tools used for the development of Xerpa functionalities and components.from Xerpa for your customers.
- Identifyr Opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to implement.
- Coordinate actions with Fernando Reyes, CTO of the company, and/or responsible for development in the projects in which it is involved.
