Your tasks

* Collaboration in the area of research, surveys (including contact with large Austrian/international corporations), quality assurance, processing and aggregation of foreign trade-relevant and monetary statistical data

* Collaboration in the development of new data sources and the development of models for the efficient processing of foreign trade statistics Data

* Participation in the further development of the existing system landscape in the area of foreign trade statistics, macroeconomic financial accounting and monetary statistics

* Participation in the creation and implementation of reports and analyzes in business intelligence tools

* Participation (creation of graphics, tables, etc.) in press conferences, press releases and the expansion of the statistical data offering

* Support in the implementation of data links and/or Data enrichment based on specific projects

Your profile

What you bring with you

* Ongoing bachelor's/master's degree Studies in the field of economics and/or studies with a focus on IT technology

* Ease of communication, ability to work in a team and flexibility, accuracy, resilience and high sense of responsibility

* Interest in topics in the data science area and programming knowledge (R, Python) an advantage to advanced knowledge (depending on the respective internship position)

* Very good MS Office application knowledge (especially Excel)

* Knowledge of company balance sheets is an advantage

* Willingness and ability to get to know the OeNB reporting processing and compilation systems in depth
