At Unholster we develop custom software, data and predictive analytics for clients in various sectors. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, implementation and delivery of innovative solutions that directly impact our clients' business. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that spans engineering, product and data, working on projects that require high performance, scalability and code quality.

We are especially interested in this position being projected as a central part in strengthening our technical capabilities and in the evolution of our way of developing software. As you advance in the role, you will have the possibility of assuming technical leadership responsibilities, either as a reference in a technological vertical, leading teams or defining transversal standards in collaboration with other areas of the company.

We are looking for interns in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering and, in reality, anyone whose passion is data science. You will be inserted from day 1 into teams with real objectives and supervision by an experienced Data Scientist who is fully willing to accompany you to achieve the project goals.

You will learn to use Python and its catalog of libraries for Data Science (for example: TensorFlow, Pandas, GeoPandas, PySpark, among others), along with complementary tools such as Postgres and Elasticsearch, as well as cloud services. We will prioritize those who demonstrate motivation, passion for the profession, communication skills and technical talent.

Internship requirements:

Availability from January 2027 for 2 months.
In-person internship.
Full-time (40 hours).
People who must carry out their professional internship and/or second internship.

Our approach combines data, predictive analytics and custom software development to solve specific problems and generate value. Constant learning is a priority, with supervision from day 1 by an experienced Data Scientist, accompanying you to achieve project goals. Functions of the position

Investigate and understand data models (structured and unstructured), rules and processes in their databases.
Develop analytical models that allow generating value from data and support decision making.
Work on several data science projects at the same time, solve new problems and research technologies and solutions.

In addition, you will learn to apply Data Science tools and libraries in a practical context, with continuous support and focus on the development of technical, self-management and communication skills.

A plus is to have explored tools or concepts linked to Python, Data Science libraries and data storage/search (for example, SQL/ Postgres or Elasticsearch), as well as having had contact with cloud services.
