Description:

Ballpoint is an offensive cybersecurity company specializing in penetration testing, security audits, red team exercises and continuing education. We are also innovating with Trapster, our honeypot solution designed to improve intrusion detection within companies.

We are a team of 7 enthusiasts, with a strong technical culture, and we work with a varied clientele, from the public sector to SMEs, including SOCs and MSSPs.

Teleworking is possible regularly, but this position requires a presence in Paris.

Your missions

You will work at heart of the pentest team to carry out audits, assess vulnerabilities and improve the security posture of our clients, while gradually taking control of the structuring and growth of the activity.

Concretely:

• Carry out security audits and intrusion tests (Web, Active Directory, Mobile, IoT, etc.)

• Participate in Red Team exercises (EDR bypass, spear-phishing, infra, physical intrusion, etc.)

• Develop and use personalized pentest tools

• Participate in the development of training and awareness raising

• Contribute to the writing of technical articles

And, as you increase in responsibility:

• Structure and grow the practice pentest (methodology, tools, quality of deliverables)

• Supervise and train junior profiles (interns, future recruitments)

• Participate in the technical choices of the team and the evolution of our offer

• Be a source of proposals for the technical direction of Ballpoint

The scope adjusts according to your profile and your ambitions: more you want to take, the more there is to take.

Your skills

You already have solid experience in pentest and:

• Mastery of pentest tools and their limits

• Common use of AI tools (automation, scripting, agents, etc.)

• Ease with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)

• Good knowledge of common vulnerabilities (SQL injection, current (report writing, international monitoring)

An appetite or first management experience is a real plus.
