Description:

Capco France is looking for aPDLC/SDLC Expert – Python & GenAIto support major players in banking and financial services in optimizing and transforming their product and software development cycles.

Within our Technology & Engineering, you will intervene at the intersection of Software Engineering, automation and artificial intelligence to design and deploy solutions improving the quality, speed and reliability of software development.

You will work alongside the Engineering, Architecture, DevOps and Product teams to analyze existing practices, identify opportunities for improvement and support the evolution of development methods.

You will play a key role in the integration of GenAI and AI-enabled workflows within PDLC/SDLC cycles, from design to production, ensuring human supervision, security, traceability and quality standards are maintained.

Your missions:

• Analyze and optimize the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) cycles in order to improve the quality, productivity and reliability of development processes.

• Design and develop automation solutions and tools in Python, particularly for development, testing, validation and software maintenance activities.

• Integrate GenAI capabilities and AI-enabled workflows into engineering practices, including development support, code generation and review, documentation and test automation.

• Collaborate with the Engineering, DevOps, Architecture and Product teams to industrialize solutions, strengthen CI/CD practices and support their adoption.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions and ensure responsible use of AI, with control, human validation, traceability and escalation mechanisms adapted to regulated environments.

Your profile:

• Significant experience in Software Engineering, with proven expertise in Python and a good understanding of software development architectures and practices.

• Solid knowledge of PDLC/SDLC cycles, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD practices and software quality principles.

• Hands-on experience using GenAI in software development, including programming wizards, LLMs, or engineering workflow automation tools.

• An ability to analyze complex processes, identify optimization levers and design technical solutions adapted to the needs of teams.

• A collaborative approach allowing working with technical and business teams, associated with an understanding of security, governance and Responsible AI issues. You are comfortable working in French and English in international environments.

• Experience implementing AI-assisted Software Development solutions, particularly for code generation, automated testing or improving DevSecOps practices.

• Experience in banking, capital markets, insurance or other regulated financial environments.
