We are looking for a Full Conversational Designer to work in Professional Services - Blip area where intelligent contacts (chatbots) are created for major players in the market.

In Blip, the Conversational Designer is the one who integrates Artificial Intelligence with the best UX Design practices to create complete conversational solutions, designing effective and intuitive interactions for the user across multiple digital channels, such as WhatsApp, Blipchat, Messenger, Instagram and others.

In essence This role includes creative, technical and analytical skills, as well as a strong ability to collaborate. Furthermore, as a global company, Blip also values ​​knowledge in other languages, mainly Spanish and English.

On a daily basis, you will work alongside developers, business, data and quality analysts, and will have the opportunity to participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives applied to conversational design. You can also count on recurring schedules for knowledge exchange and continuous career development plans.

Responsibilities and duties

What will be your role in the team?

• Collect, consume and apply inputs that enable the construction and evolution of the product based on the client's objectives/business rules and user needs;
• Analyze the need, technical feasibility and opportunities for the use of AI in each delivery;
• Conduct workshops and other dynamics with customers and users for diagnosis, co-creation and validation;
• Create end-to-end conversational flows, envisaging the best practices of UX Design and cognitive principles (NLP, Generative AI, Regex, Fuzzy) to ensure fluid and effective interactions;
• Model, monitor and improve the AI of chatbots, ensuring brand and language consistency across all points of contact with the user;
• Master the functionalities of the Blip platform, our AI products and other cognitive solutions available on the market;
• Make ideas tangible for validation with stakeholders through prototypes and dynamic presentations;
• Define requirements for quality testing of the conversational experience;
• Define and track conversational experience metrics;
• Generate inputs to feed the chatbot’s evolutionary roadmap;
• Document the entire process following recommendations and good practices in the area
• Use AI to optimize internal work processes;
• Work on internal initiatives as a way to expand development, disseminate knowledge and strengthen the conversational ecosystem;
• Work in a collaborative and integrated manner with non-technical teams, provoking strategic discussions and sharing learning on an ongoing basis.

Requirements and qualifications

• Research techniques, personas and user journey;
• Information Architecture, Design Thinking and Design System;
• Curation and AI Architecture applied to chatbots;
• Artificial intelligence providers such as Watson, LUIS and Dialogflow;
• Experience metrics of conversational interactions;
• Data extraction and analysis (SQL, Python);
• Prompt engineering (basics);
• Solution prototyping and usability;
• Design and collaboration tools;
• Agile methodologies;
• Documentation and organization of processes and projects;
• Time management and prioritization;
• Communication and client facing to conduct dynamics, presentations and meetings directly with stakeholders;

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience in multichannel conversational interactions;
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning;
• Concepts and applicability of RegEx and Fuzzy Match;
• Familiarity with the Platform Blip;
• Spanish and/or English at intermediate or advanced level;
• Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes in context.
