Description: Drive the industrialization of automated production systems for high-voltage batteries in an advanced manufacturing environment. Do you want to shape the future of automated production for electrified vehicles? Here you get a central role in the industrialization of advanced systems for the assembly of high-voltage batteries. You work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to create robust, secure and scalable production solutions.About the role    You are part of an advanced manufacturing environment with a focus on battery production and electrification.    The role includes development of production concepts from early design to the start of production.    You take technical ownership of deliveries with impact on quality, capacity and flexibility. This is what you will do   Develop manufacturing concepts, process flows and station layout for automated production lines.    Define degree of automation, line architecture, material flows, buffers and technical interfaces.    Analyze cycle times, capacity, bottlenecks and equipment availability.    Prepare technical specifications for tender documents and evaluate supplier solutions.    Support virtual verification, installation, commissioning, start-up and production readiness. We are looking for you who have    Several years of experience with production systems and automated manufacturing concepts.    Solid experience in industrial automation and integration of robotics.    Experience with technical quotation documents, supplier collaboration and design reviews.    Ability to carry out feasibility studies, risk assessments and technical considerations.    Relevant engineering education or equivalent documented competence.Technology & Tools    Industrial automation, robotics and PLC/control systems.    Process Simulate, Plant Simulation or similar tools for virtual production.    MES, traceability and integration between IT and OT.    Production equipment, material flows and interfaces with logistics and real estate.
