As part of the Artefact technical team, you will join a community of Software Engineers as a Manager and technical referent to our major customer accounts. In an environment with strong acceleration in Data and Generative AI, you intervene to manage complex engineering projects, supervise teams and drive operational and technical excellence.

What is expected of you:

As a Manager, you supervise the design and deployment of critical architectures (Data Platforms, Agentic Platforms) while ensuring the coaching, mentoring and career development of team members. You play a key role in customer relations, technical business framing and the influence of the Artefact tech community.

Your missions:

• Manage and supervise the implementation of Data & Complex AI (e.g. LangGraph multi-agent solutions on Kubernetes, Médaillon architectures).
• Oversee the framing and construction of robust Data Platforms on GCP, AWS, Azure or Snowflake ensuring alignment with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and software engineering best practices.
• Define the technical vision of GenAI / LLM projects (orchestration, evaluation, control) and promote the daily use of coding agents within the teams.
• Ensure career management, performance monitoring and ongoing mentoring of the Software Engineers under your responsibility.
• Carry out technical frameworks with key account clients and defend strategic and architectural choices in an educational manner.
• Ensure compliance with code quality, security and deliverable standards across all of your application scopes.
• Contribute actively to the animation of the technical community (Tech Talks, Guilds, REX) and participate in the recruitment process and skills development of the practice.

Profile sought:

• Experience & Leadership:Proven experience as a Lead / Engineering Manager or Senior Architect having already managed technical teams and managed strategic projects.
• Problem solving: Solid technical intuitions and ability to translate complex business issues into sustainable technical architectures.
• Management & Transmission: Benevolent, educational and exemplary posture, comfortable developing talents, giving constructive feedback and leading a team.
• Specializations (at least 1): Proven expertise in Analytics Engineering, Software Development, SRE, Cloud Architecture or AI Engineering.
• Technical stack: Advanced mastery of the tech ecosystem (Python, FastAPI, dbt, LangGraph, Docker, Terraform, GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Kubernetes).

Recruitment process:

• HR Interview (30-45 min): Discuss your background, your managerial skills and cultural fit with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Technical Deep Dive (60 min): Live coding and architecture system design session with a Senior Engineering Lead based in France.
• US / Manager Interview (60 min): Discussion with a Director / Partner to assess managerial and operational fit and customer posture.

Remuneration: Package:  €75,000 to €85,000 gross annual (fixed) + €8,000 variable, depending on experience and seniority.
