CONTEXT

Position based in Boulogne Billancourt with required experience of more than 7 years in similar missions. Maximum daily rate depending on experience: €500.

MISSIONS

* Implementation, maintenance and development of AI agents
* Guarantee the functional coverage and specialization of the agent
* Ensure the agent's collaboration capabilities with other agents
* Ensure the use of standards where possible
* Manage security and ACLs aspects
* Integrate monitoring and reporting on the activity of AI agents
* Optimize performance and operating costs
* Integrate agent quality evaluation mechanisms
* Guarantee the scaling up of the use of agents
* Ensure the stability and scalability of the platform through the implementation and optimization of technologies in collaboration with the DevOps teams
* Guarantee the restart of the information system within the deadlines required by the projects
* Communicate on the status of services and the restart plan if necessary
* Challenge and contribute to the product vision, manage the design, development, operations and guarantee the SLA
* Collaborate with the Solution Architect to study the developments required by the product
* Identify and prioritize the services offered to meet the needs of the customer and the group's strategy
* Secure organizational alignment as well as management of technical dependencies with the various stakeholders
* Ensure technological monitoring to guarantee the sustainability of the solutions used
* Guarantee the functional coherence and quality of the common transversal components of the Augmented scope
* Guarantee the sustainability and updating of the tools and technologies used
* Guarantee the application of good practices by all developers and the proper functioning in agile mode of the project

SKILLS AND QUALITIES EXPECTED
of LangSmith or equivalent for observability
* Mastery of RESTful API
* Mastery of application design patterns
* Mastery of SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector databases
* Mastery of Git and TDD
* Mastery of pair programming, mob programming and code review
* Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
* Good knowledge of streaming architectures and data processing
* Good knowledge of DevOps and systems
* Knowledge of the challenges posed by the implementation of a managed services platform
* Knowledge of the concepts of ML, Generative AI, RAG, Corpus, LLM, agent, assistant, prompt, hallucination and AI model
* Know how to formulate effective queries to interact with generative AI and obtain the desired results
* Knowledge and critical use of AI while taking into account its limits and biases
* Knowledge of GDPR requirements and ethical aspects related to AI
* Mastery of code assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve code quality, in particular via mastery of Agentic, prompt/instruction files
* Mastery of Agile methodologies and SAFe certification
* Mastery of oral and written technical English

1.  7+ years of experience in Python back-end development
2.  Knowledge of Java language and Spring frameworks
3.  Strong knowledge of Python frameworks LangGraph/ADK
4.  Expertise in lead development (dev team supervision)
5.  Proficiency in OpenID Connect and OAuth 2
