Main mission:

* Manage the development of SIPARTECH's project management software,
* Supervise the development team, guarantee the quality of the code and performance of the application.
* You are the technical referent of the project, from design to production.
* You are in direct contact with users and their needs in an innovative and experienced sector.
* Participate in the definition of the roadmap. Full-Stack Development Develop and maintain features based on: Backend: Ruby on Rails Frontend: React / Javascript Database: MySQL
* Optimize backend and frontend performance. Integrate internal and external APIs.


Supervision Responsibilities:

* Support and increase the skills of developers.
* Organize and lead steering and architecture meetings, pair programming sessions and code reviews.
* Define and promote best practices. Architecture Design the technical architecture of new features.
* Participate in defining the roadmap. Full-Stack Development Develop and maintain features based on: Backend: Ruby on Rails Frontend: React / Javascript Database: MySQL
* Optimize backend and frontend performance. Integrate internal and external APIs.



Quality:

* Guarantee code quality via automated tests and code review.
* Set up and optimize Gitlab CI/CD pipelines.
* Supervise deployments and analyze production incidents.


Monitoring:
*  Stay abreast of technological developments. Propose technical improvements and best practices.


Your training

* Ideally training Specialized Bootcamps type: Le Wagon, Ironhack with possibly certifications & MOOCs: Ruby on Rails on Udemy, Coursera, or OpenClassrooms.
* Ideally training in software architecture and design patterns.



6 years and more of experience in web development. Ability to step back, prioritize, decide and supervise. Competent in communication and pedagogy.



Your skills

Backend

Advanced mastery of Ruby on Rails or an equivalent framework (Symfony, Django).
Implementation of unit and integration tests.

Frontend

Proficiency in React and Javascript.
Knowledge of Responsive Bootstrap or equivalent.

Database

Proficiency in MySQL (complex queries, optimization, indexing).
ORM Active Record or equivalent.
Migration management.

DevOps / Tools

Git, GitLab
CI/CD with GitLab CI
Docker and Docker Compose
