Description: Lead Data Engineer - HealthTech / IA I am recruiting for a growing HealthTech scale-up, specializing in the analysis of physiological data and the development of AI solutions used by healthcare professionals.
The company designs products combining hardware, software and data, with a strong clinical impact.
You will play a key role: taking the lead on the data platform which powers AI models, analytical products and internal tools.


The position:

Missions & Tech Environment

- Build / optimize the datalake (standardization, quality, security, governance) - Python + public Cloud.
- Develop automated ETL pipelines to ingest, clean and transform complex physiological data - Airflow / orchestration.
- Provide Data Scientists with versioned, reliable and massive datasets - Lakehouse (Delta or equivalent).
- Guarantee compliance GDPR, anonymization and complete traceability of data.
- Industrialize the stack: CI/CD, monitoring, automation, cloud optimization - Terraform, Git, Linux.
- Play the role of technical referent: architecture, best practices, support for more junior profiles.



Profile sought:

Profile sought

- 7+ years in Data Engineering including role Senior/Lead.
- Mastery of Python, pipelines, big data & cloud architectures.
- Product awareness, rigor, autonomy.
- Bonus: MLOps, sensitive data, physiological signals.
