About the role

Do you enjoy a varied everyday life where you get to combine practical warehouse work with strategic planning, purchasing and logistics?

As a warehouse and logistics technician with us, you have overall responsibility for our goods flow. You work both operationally with the physical handling of goods and administratively with planning, purchasing and shipping bookings. The role suits you who is a problem solver, structured and wants to take greater responsibility for the development of warehouse operations.

Your main duties

Operational warehouse work:

- Receiving, reconciling and handing in incoming goods.

- Picking, packing and unloading of outgoing deliveries.

- Daily handling of trucks and warehouse equipment.

Qualified logistics and administrative work:

- Logistics planning: Develop and optimize flows and storage locations for maximum efficiency.

- Purchasing & Material supply: Analyze stock levels, place purchase orders and ensure optimal stock levels.

- Shipping and transport booking: Book and procure transports, manage shipping documents and liaise with freight forwarders.

- Inventory & deviation management: Conduct regular inventories, follow up balance deviations and quality-assured stock balances in the business system.

- Supplier and customer contact: Follow up delivery times with suppliers and support customer service/sales in case of questions about delivery status.

- Process improvements & Digitization: Identify bottlenecks, drive digital transformation of our warehouse routines and contribute to the development of our digital tools and business systems (ERP/WMS).

- Sustainable flows: Analyze and contribute to more sustainable and resource-efficient logistics- and transport solutions.



Who are you?

We are looking for you who are self-motivated, accurate and like to have a lot of balls in the air. You have a good understanding of the entire supply chain (Supply Chain), understand how strategic decisions affect the operational flow and are not afraid to intervene when necessary on the warehouse floor.



Qualifications:

- Experience in warehouse and logistics work (preferably in a similar coordinating or technical role).

- Good experience of working in business systems (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Truck license (minimum A+B).

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English both spoken and written (international contacts are present).

- B driver's license.



Meritable:

- Academic education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or Strategy.

- Experience or interest in digital change management (Digital Transformation) and process development in warehouse and logistics.

- Experience of purchasing or transport bookings in booking systems (e.g. Unifaun/TA system).

- Knowledge in Lean, sustainable logistics or improvement work in warehouses.
