Job functions

DeepView is in the search for a computer engineer, with at least two years of experience, to integrate into his support team and continuous improvement, in the position of Junior Software Support Developer.

                  • Perform the technical maintenance of the software developed in order to reduce failures and extend its useful life.>
                  • Maintain relationship with customers to meet doubts or problems that are presenting.Techniques and problem solving procedures.
                  • Ensure that the documentation is updated.Ticket monitoring in the task and incident management system.> Training:
                    • Train end users in the use of the company's applications, based on the company's standards and manuals.
                  • Software Development:
                    • Collaborate closely with other members of our team to design and develop solutions and new functionalities, with the aim of optimizing the operability and efficiency of our systems.
