We are looking for a person with technical seniority, who solves complex problems autonomously, communicates well, has product vision and can move between layers of development, data and AI. Curiosity, collaboration and willingness to learn are part of the ideal profile.   Your Mission: You will act as a key player in building AI and automation solutions that directly impact productivity and the evolution of the platforms that support the business. Your main responsibilities will be: Responsibilities: - Develop applications and automations to support content curation, publishing and management processes; - Build integrations between platforms, APIs and corporate services; - Evolve workflows, operational cockpit, taxonomy and conversation reading and analysis tools; - Implement testing, monitoring and observability mechanisms to ensure quality and resilience of solutions; - Participate in the construction of AI solutions aimed at productivity and providing capabilities to the business; - Support controlled rollout strategies and continuous evolution of platforms. - Act as a technical reference for multiple initiatives and teams; - Work on initiatives related to informational quality, intelligent agents and evolution of the knowledge base;   What we expect from you: - Python for developing microservices, reusable libraries (packaging, versioning, API design for other teams) and automations - Angular (frontend) and Java (BFF) - REST APIs for design, consumption and integration - Generative AI for building and evolving intelligent applications, with practical experience in OpenAI/Azure OpenAI or equivalent models - RAG and semantic search, including ingestion pipelines, embeddings, vector banks (e.g. Azure AI Search), chunking and recovery strategies - Quality assessment of solutions with LLM: evals, guardrails and specific observability (tracing, cost, latency) - Automated testing, monitoring and observability to ensure quality and resilience of solutions - SQL and NoSQL databases for structured and unstructured data - Azure Cloud for cloud infrastructure and services - Microservices architecture and integration between systems (queues/events) - Git for versioning and code collaboration - Experience in designing solutions and driving technical decisions, as a reference for other teams, with good communication with business areas   Desirable: - Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI, and protocols such as MCP and tool calling - Use of LLMs for classification, extraction and analysis of conversations and texts, including taxonomies  - Experience with content or knowledge management platforms  - DevOps (IaC, containers)   #LI-DR3
