Its mission is to ensure and develop a quality service for the benefit of its partners and customers: the member municipalities of Geneva as well as the intermunicipal groups. \*\*Your main missions:\*\* Participate in the management of the Microsoft 365 platform in hybrid mode, including the configuration of Microsoft Purview for hybrid environments; Analyze new requirements, particularly those related to data classification and Microsoft Purview developments (labeling, protection, audits); Deploy and maintain automatic and manual labeling policies in Microsoft Purview, in accordance with the classification policy; Participate in the resolution of incidents related to Purview (labeling conflicts, access restrictions, classification errors); Automate labeling workflows via Microsoft Graph PowerShell and Power Automate; Advise and train users on the application of sensitivity labels and good data management practices; Provide 2nd and 3rd level support as well as permanence (24x7\\). \*\*Training, experience and skills required:\*\* HES Bachelor in IT, Federal Certificate or experience deemed equivalent; At least 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years specifically on Microsoft Purview; Excellent knowledge and experience of the hybrid Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on: Microsoft Purview (labeling, classification, data protection); Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK for automation; Power Automate for creating automatic labeling flows; Microsoft Entra ID and access rights management (conditional access, cross-tenant); Mastery of PowerShell, Python (support appreciated) and Purview flow monitoring tools.
