Description: As part of a large aeronautical program of international scope, you will join the engineering teams to intervene in the evaluation of the structural loads of the aircraft under various flight and ground conditions.
Your main activities will include:
Evaluation of loads: Calculate and analyze the structural loads applied to the aircraft under maneuvering and turbulence conditions.
Modeling and Simulation: Validate the load models and carry out computer simulations for all relevant cases (flight cases, ground loads, turbulence and gust/gust studies).
Sizing: Extract the critical load values necessary for the structural sizing of the components of the device.
Tool development: Adapt, modify and optimize internal study scripts and tools in Python under Unix/Shell environment.
Wanted profile:
Engineer training (Bac+5) or Master specialized in Aeronautics, Flight Physics or Structural Mechanics, you have a first experience or a solid specialization in load calculation (Loads).
Strong knowledge in mechanics, aeronautics and flight physics.
Mastery of the concepts of loads in flight and on the ground, as well as gust studies (gust).
Proven practice of programming in Python (scripting, data processing) and mastery of the Unix / Shell environment.
Knowledge or mastery of the Atlas suite of tools (Atlas toolset) is a major asset for the mission.
English and French: Fluent level both orally and in writing (essential to evolve in a transnational working environment).
