Description: Our client is a French company specializing in high performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence. It supports organizations of all sizes, from SMEs to large international groups, with tailor-made solutions: consulting, infrastructure, performance optimization and advanced support. Growing strongly, it is strengthening its technical team with an AI Application Engineer, reporting to the Technical Director. You will join a team of recognized HPC and AI experts, in an organization designed for remote work. The position is open 100% remote, anywhere in France. Your missions: - Design, develop and industrialize high-impact AI applications - Develop the backend of agent-based applications in Python / FastAPI - Design robust, testable and scalable service architectures (REST API, error management, observability) - Build pipelines for ingestion and indexing of structured and unstructured data - Design agents AI: context management, memory, orchestration of tools - Set up monitoring of AI applications: latency, inference cost, quality of responses, alerting, dashboards - Secure uses LLM: prompt injection, sandboxing of tools, prevention of exfiltration, management of secrets, quotas - Participate in production launches and performance optimization - Document, transmit and ensure active monitoring of AI and agentsWorking conditions and benefits :- Permanent contract, executive status, 100% remote (France)- Mutual insurance covered at 100%, profit-sharing bonus- RTT, tickets or restaurant card (10 EUR/day), Wellpass- Continuing training, regular team buildings- Large-scale projects with leading industrial partners - Confirmed engineer (Bac+5 or doctorate in computer science, engineering or scientific discipline), you have concrete experience of putting applications into production IA.Expected skills:- Advanced Python and FastAPI- Design of RESTful API and service architecture- Good development practices: testing, robustness, code quality- Development of AI applications: agents, orchestration, frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face or equivalent- Data ingestion and indexing, vector bases and graph bases- PostgreSQL or equivalent- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD- AWS notions (IAM, EC2, EKS) - Sensitivity to LLM cybersecurity: prompt injection, tool misuse, data leaks, separation of rights - Professional English, written and oral Curious and autonomous, you like working in a team and want to contribute to concrete and visible AI projects, in a demanding technical environment.
