Junior Computer Engineer for Drone Swarm Control Platform Software

Description:

We are looking for a Junior Computer Engineer to join our team and participate in the development of innovative creative control software for the design and execution of light shows with swarms of drones.

This is an ideal opportunity as your first professional experience, where you can work in deals as your first professional experience, disciplined and constantly evolving, contributing directly to real projects with visual and technological impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and improvement of software aimed at planning and controlling swarm drone flights.
  • Implementation of creative tools for aerial choreography design.
  • Integration with flight control systems (such as ArduPilot or others).
  • Collaboration with hardware, operations and design teams. Testing, validation and optimization of the system in real environments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
  • Registered Spanish Autonomous Community.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, C++ or other relevant languages).
  • Ability to learn, proactivity and teamwork. Unemployment status, registration in SEPE before hiring (ideally this would be your first professional experience)

The following will be assessed:

  • Interest in autonomous systems, robotics or drones. Possibility of going in person to Ourense for technical field tests.
  • Previous experience (even academic) in software or robotics projects.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems or simulation. Familiarity with version control tools (Git).

We offer: Salary 20,000 SBA + 20% varies depending on reserve requirements. We start this month of June! Startup styl.
