SharePoint integration, SAP documents, monthly. Windream, ticket systems. Interfaces with ServiceNow/Jira and CTI/hotline: telephony integration. Data protection, access control (Entra ID/Azure AD, Oauth2) and auditing. Deployment and operations: Kubermetes CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) PROFILE: English B2+. Assessable: 33% disability. Practical experience in RAG design, recovery pipelines, AI agent frameworks, Prompt engineering. Strong Python skills, backend/microservices experience. Experience with Azure (AKS, Storage, Azure, OpenAI), Terraform, Kubermetes, CI/CD. Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD/Outh2, monitoring stacks, data integrations (SharePoint/SAP/DB. Experience in QA of LLM, human-in-the-loop CONTRACT TYPE: Indefinite. TYPE OF DAY: Full. SCHEDULE: Flexible. Possibility of shortening the diffusion if there are a sufficient number of candidates before the end of it.
