Operating Systems: Solid command of Linux at the administration and troubleshooting level.
Cloud: Practical experience managing services in AWS or Azure.
Containers: Proven experience with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (K8s).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience working with Terraform or another IaC tool equivalent.
Automation: Scripting skill using Python or Bash/Shell.
CI/CD: Knowledge and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment flows.
Observability: Experience with monitoring and telemetry tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or similar).
Version control: Management of Git.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability under pressure. Attention to detail and focus on system stability. Demonstrated ability to document processes, architectures, and incident post-mortems. Effective communication with multidisciplinary technical teams. Teamwork and remote collaboration. High sense of organization, prioritization and monitoring of tasks autonomously.
We are looking for a professional to guarantee the operational continuity, availability and stability of our infrastructure and cloud services during the weekend shift. The position will be responsible for monitoring and responding to incidents, managing cloud infrastructure and Linux systems, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing automation and observability best practices, as well as actively participating in internal and client projects.
Responsibilities
Continuity and operational support: Monitor the infrastructure and respond proactively and autonomously to incidents, ensuring high availability of the environment.
Cloud and Linux Management: Manage cloud resources (AWS and/or Azure) and operate Linux operating systems in productive environments.
Containers and orchestration: Manage, maintain and resolve incidents in containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
Automation and IaC: Automate infrastructure and operational tasks through scripting (Python or Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
Continuous integration and deployment: Maintain, monitor and manage CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration (CI) environments.
Best practices and observability: Support the technical team by implementing observability solutions, telemetry and good operational practices.
Projects: Lead or participate in internal technical initiatives and client projects.
