Department:  Information Technologies Service:  IT Administration & Support  Your missions As an IAM Expert/Architect (Identity and Access Management), you will be responsible for managing the design, governance and evolution of the company's IAM architectures, and providing expertise on their operation. The position combines deep technical expertise in identity lifecycle management, privileged access and access governance as well as strong skills in urbanization and enterprise architectures (UML required). The goal is to ensure robust identity controls, modern IAM architecture, and regulatory compliance in complex environments. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Design and maintain the company's IAM architectures (Identity lifecycle, IGA platforms, directory services (EntraID, Active Directory), PAM, modern authentication (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MFA, PKI) Participate as an IAM expert in projects and the run of IAM/PAM platforms (complex incidents, developments, management of exceptions...) Contribute to the Design Authority process (Architectural validation bodies) and draft documentation (DAT, technical standards, reference architectures) Ensure continuous technological monitoring of innovations around IAM subjects Qualifications required Holder of a Master's degree in IT Professional experience of at least 5 years in IAM architecture in a complex environment Mastery of the French and English languages is an advantage Technical skills The acquisition of these skills can, on the basis of demonstrated learning predispositions, be carried out by the supervision and training offered by the Bank during the taking up of the position and the integration period Business skills Writing technical documents and procedures Data architecture Management of electronic certificates (PKI) IT security Regulatory skills: IT security regulations IT and digital skills: Programming or Scripting languages (VBA, PowerShell, Rexx, Python.
