Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer for a DevOps focused position. In this position, the DevOps Software Engineer shall be responsible for overseeing and monitoring live production operations to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of GHOSTGEM's software application suite, including DINO. Responsibilities include identifying, diagnosing, and responding to service disruptions, performance degradation, and operational issues, performing basic troubleshooting and corrective actions, supporting system sustainment activities, and collaborating with development and operations teams to maintain system health, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous service delivery.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
