• Experience in Growth, Growth Analytics, Digital Analytics, Customer Analytics or Marketing Analytics.
• Mastery of SQL.
• Experience working with Databricks.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Use of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of customer journey, funnels, segmentation and digital metrics.
• Experience with KPI analysis and customer behavior.

The Growth will be responsible for analyzing customer data and digital behavior to identify opportunities for improvement in acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention. You will use analytics and data tools such as SQL, Databricks and Adobe Analytics to generate insights that allow you to optimize the experience and performance of digital channels.

• Analyze customer data, products, channels and digital behavior.
• Perform information extraction and analysis using SQL and Databricks.
• Analyze user behavior and customer journeys using Adobe Analytics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in funnels, conversion, engagement and retention.
• Create and analyze segmentations and audiences based on behavioral data.
• Monitor acquisition KPIs, conversion, engagement and retention.
• Generate reports, dashboards and insights to support decision making.
• Measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and actions.
• Detect vanishing points and optimization opportunities in digital journeys.
• Work collaboratively with Data, Marketing, Product and Technology teams.
• Perform analysis and experiments to evaluate improvements in processes, channels and user experience.
• Transform large volumes of data into clear and actionable information.
