Degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer developing modern applications with Java in the backend, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks in the frontend (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js or similar).
Experience in Go (Golang) at an intermediate/advanced level.
Full stack experience, with development in both frontend and backend.
Ability to create a vision and project proposals to achieve it and lead the implementation of the components.
Good communication skills and collaborative skills.
Good command of English, especially in reading where you must be able to read a paper, articles or documentation constantly.

Functions of the position

As a Software Engineer, you will have a fundamental role in the creation and evolution of products, from research and design to development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, where you will be responsible for the product and its functional applications that provide intuitive, accessible and efficient user experiences. Together with the team, you will define how the product should interact with users, what features are critical to solving business problems, and how we can continually innovate to improve existing functionality.

We care about the detail in every part of the product, and we look for software engineers who not only excel technically, but also share our vision of creating products that change the way our customers work.

Your functions will include:

Design, formulate proposals and implement solutions.
Work under sprints with clear objectives.
Be part of team meetings, presenting ideas, and showing your progress.
Document the tools, your code and the decision-making rationale and the lessons learned.
Be in charge of the operation of the product.
