Description:
Anika Systems is looking for a passionate and talented Full Stack Developer to join our expanding Federal team. We are a fast-growing woman-owned small business providing innovative IT solutions for federal government agencies. This opportunity will be 100% remote.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional as a full stack developer
- Demonstrated experience working on open-source projects with specific experience delivering public-facing solutions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and building and maintaining containerized images
- Knowledge and experience building applications using the React library
- Experience with front-end web development using modern techniques and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Responsive Design, and Bootstrap)
- Experience with functional programming using Scala, as well as the Akka toolkit, Reactive programming model, and Actor based concurrency
- Experience working on a CQRS Event Driven Architecture using PostgreSQL and Cassandra / AWS Keyspaces
- Experience building and deploying scalable applications using containerized applications, Kubernetes, and AWS services architecture
Preferred Experience:
- Development experience with Django Rest Framework and/or PostgreSQL
- Previous experience with AWS, AWS GovCloud or other cloud platforms
- Production Experience with CloudFoundry, Terraform, and/or Cloud Formation
- Previous experience with ElasticSearch/ELK, Vagrant, Splunk and/or Beanstalk
- Experience in one of the front-end frameworks: ReactJS, VueJS, Angular (ReactJS preferred)
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
