RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Product Designers to improve how our customers interact with Transifex.
  • Build intuitive interfaces.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in design and code reviews.
  • Grow our Backbone.js expertise and help us build great user experiences.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English, particularly written communication.
  • Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3 and LESS or SaSS.
  • Passion for clean, Web standards compliant practises.
  • Good knowledge of Javascript.
  • Previous experience in software development and product development is considered a plus.
  • Experience with Django, Backbone.js and other js templating languages is a plus.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
