5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years of deep experience working with agentic workflows.
C1 English level or higher.
Proven hands-on experience designing and building multi-agent systems.
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and software architecture.
Demonstrated track record of delivering ambitious technical work beyond basic demos and tutorials.

As a Founding Senior AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the core reasoning and execution layers of a sophisticated, autonomous engineering agent. Operating in a zero-to-one environment, you will take full ownership of technical decisions and design agent-based architectures capable of processing complex, multi-system technical context. Your scope covers the agent’s reasoning and execution layers, parallel multi-agent orchestration, and the distributed systems supporting those workflows. You will work closely with early customers and design partners to translate real-world engineering challenges into scalable, multi-agent systems. By orchestrating parallel agent workflows and building robust distributed systems, you will directly influence the development of technology designed to reason about software decisions at a principal-engineer level.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize the core reasoning and execution layers of the autonomous agent platform.
Design, develop, and orchestrate complex, parallel multi-agent architectures.
Take full ownership of critical technical and architectural decisions in an early-stage, zero-to-one environment.
Collaborate directly with early customers and design partners to refine product capabilities and integrate feedback.
