Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Software Engineer, well-versed in Python, Django, JavaScript, and UI/UX, to play a pivotal role in our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in developing web applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django framework.
• Develop interactive front-end interfaces through the application of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Develop, integrate, and manage APIs to ensure the smooth flow of data across systems.
• Transform wireframes and design concepts into dynamic, engaging web applications.
• Elevate user experiences by implementing best-in-class UI/UX practices.
• Optimize web applications for top-notch performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Clearly communicate intricate technical concepts to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay ahead of the curve by staying updated on the latest trends in Django, JavaScript, and web development, showcasing your unwavering commitment to continuous learning.
• Diagnose and resolve software glitches and challenges.
• Uphold coding excellence with adherence to principles such as DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself), OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), and established design patterns for maintainable code.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or web development.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Demonstrated experience in API development and integration.
• Previous exposure to UI/UX design principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Power BI and its integration into web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with HCD (Human-Centered Design) principles.
• Previous involvement in projects involving Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Additional proficiency in other modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Active involvement in open-source communities or contributions to relevant projects.
