What we are looking for:

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in architecture and development of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions, responsible for defining technical standards, promoting good engineering practices and supporting the evolution of the platform with a focus on scalability, security, Observability and operational efficiency. Will act as a technical reference for the team, contributing to architectural maturity and training of developing professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Work on defining and evolving the architecture of services and components of the Generative AI platform;
• Develop agent components using LangGraph and LangChain, including orchestration, state, memory and integration with tools;
• Integrate models and execution services using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore;
• Implement and sustain Model Gateway solutions, ensuring standardized access, model routing, consumption control and contingency;
• Implement mechanisms for guardrails, tool authorization, human approval and control of actions in the platform’s flows;
• Develop integrations and tool contracts through APIs, MCP and automations using n8n;
• Conduct proofs of concept and technical evaluations of new technologies and tools;
• Define and disseminate architectural standards, good practices and engineering guidelines;
• Provide technical mentoring, code review and support the development of team professionals;
• Implement strategies for monitoring, traceability and continuous assessment of quality, performance and costs;
• Sustain testing practices, Observability, security and platform governance;
• Create reusable components and templates to support the adoption of solutions in production.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Solid experience with Python and developing Generative AI applications in a productive environment;
• Practical experience with LangGraph and LangChain;
• Knowledge and experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore;
• Experience in defining and implementing architectures for intelligent agents;
• Knowledge of guardrails, agent security and access control to data and tools;
• Experience with Model Gateway, model integration and consumption management;
• Experience with n8n, REST APIs and tool contracts via MCP;
• Knowledge in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);
• Experience with agent evaluation, Observability and LLMOps and AgentOps practices;
• Experience with automated testing, code versioning using Git and CI/CD pipelines;
• Ability to act as a technical reference and disseminator of good engineering practices.
