Description: Within our IT consulting company, we support the largest financial institutions and investment banks in the development of their critical business tools. We are looking for a Commando Front Office Equity Markets Developer to join a dedicated team positioned directly in the heart of the trading room.

Hierarchically attached to the Trading business line and installed alongside them, you will work directly with the Trading and Financial Engineering teams, without an intermediary.

Your Missions:
In a responsive and international environment, you design, develop and maintain applications with high functional added value for different geographic areas:

Prototyping and Exploration: Support businesses on a daily basis with the rapid creation of prototypes and data analysis via Python scripts and REST APIs.

Application Development: Directly collect business needs, then design and develop strategic tools in C#, WPF and Blazor (valuation of derived products, Market calibration Data, explanation of P and L, backtesting).

Support and Proximity: Ensure L1/L2 support, operational maintenance and continuous evolution of applications in the trading room.

International Harmonization: Ensure alignment and consistency of tools deployed to international teams.
  
Minimum level of education: BAC+5 (Engineering Degree or Master's Degree 2)

Experience required: 8 years minimum in Financial Mathematics and .Net development

Technical and functional skills required:
- Dual skills in Fine Maths / IT: Solid training (Bac+5 / Grande École) combining financial mathematics and software engineering.
- Market Finance: Proven knowledge and experience on derivative products (ideally on the Stocks / Equity scope Derivatives).
- C# / .NET development: Excellent command of the C# language, HMI frameworks (WPF, Blazor) and REST API design.
- Prototyping: Good level of practice in Python for data exploration and development of lightweight tools.

Languages and Soft Skills:
- Fluent English: Essential daily exchanges with teams and clients based abroad.
- Communication and Adaptability: Excellent interpersonal skills, responsiveness and stress management essential to evolve within a very dynamic trading room.
- Autonomy and capacity for rapid iteration in direct contact with traders and structurers.
