        Context of the mission:

We are looking for a confirmed Python developer M/F for one of our clients in order to strengthen the cross-functional Embedded Instrumentation service, working on the measurement chains associated with product models in development and testing activities. The position is primarily oriented towards the development and evolution of the IT tools used by the Testing teams. Project coordination and monitoring represent approximately a third of the activity; the remaining two thirds are entirely devoted to software development and continuous improvement of tools.

Your Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and evolve scripts and software, mainly in Python;
- Improve the IT tools used in testing activities;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of new technical solutions and software architectures;
- Take charge of tool development during phases where project activity is less sustained;
- Ensure initial coordination of technical stakeholders on the subjects entrusted;
- Monitor the progress of actions, identify blocking points and communicate regularly on the results obtained.
  
Profile sought:

Bac+5 training / engineer in computer science, software, embedded systems or equivalent discipline, you ideally have around 5 years of experience experience in software development. We are looking for an autonomous and experienced developer, with an appetite for technical coordination. The position is mainly oriented towards development and technical subjects, with an attraction to monitoring, coordination and support of technical projects.

Technical environment:

- Software development: Python, C, C++, Bash, SQL, object-oriented programming, functional programming, multithreading, design patterns and development of business algorithms;
- Technical software and data: development of graphical interfaces with Qt, OpenCV, signal processing, integration of sensors vision, databases, SQL Server and data migration;
- Systems and tools: Linux, Windows, Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, CMake, Doxygen, version management, software packaging and code reviews;
- Methods and quality: back-end architecture design, Agile / Scrum practices, Jira, Confluence, writing technical documentation, developer support and post-production support;
- Technical coordination: collection and translation of user needs, animation of workshops, writing of user stories and criteria acceptance, backlog management, exchanges with business, quality and regulatory teams.
