Mission description
As part of the IT Coverage projects, you will join the IT KYC team as a Python AI Developer. You will be in charge of the development, integration and optimization of artificial intelligence models for the different business use cases.
You will work in agile mode in close proximity with Data Scientists, solution architects, Coverage business teams (KYC, Financial Security, Relationship Manager, Business Implementation).
Expert in agentic coding, you have a perfect command of generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to accelerate development while maintaining high quality standards. You are able to break down complex problems into clear instructions for AI and validate/optimize the generated code.
The mission takes place in an English-speaking context, proficiency in English is mandatory.

Expected results (Deliverables)
-           Participation in workshops with IT/business teams and Data Scientists
-           Development and optimization of AI/ML models for use cases professions
-            Integration and deployment of models in production (APIs, microservices)
-            Expert use of agentic coding to accelerate development without compromising quality
-            Setting up MLOps pipelines (training, versioning, monitoring)
-            Automated testing and validation of models (performance, robustness, bias)
-            Detailed technical documentation (code, models, APIs, prompts) reusable)
-           Performance optimization (latency, costs, scalability)
-           Technology monitoring and recommendations on new AI techniques
-           Sharing agentic coding best practices with the team

Required skills
Hard Skills:
-           5 years minimum experience in Python development with AI/ML focus
-           Demonstrated experience in agentic coding with productive use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT)
-           Expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain
-           Proven experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, agents)
-           Mastery of Cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). REST)
-           Good knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
-           Expertise in testing and code quality (pytest, unittest, code coverage)
-           Knowledge of versioning tools (Git, GitLab/GitHub)
-           A plus: Experience in Computer Vision and/or NLP
